Partners of Development which is one of the American non profit based in washington dc opens chief of party jobs. The candidate should do his responsbilities for 3 to 5 years agricultural development program in Africa and the funding will also from the U.S Department of Agriculture.The expected date of the project start is about Fall 2025.
Responsibilities of Candidate:
The candidate should be responsible to ensure that the program will operates according to the government budget and project should be complete in given timeline and the project should be according to the local governmennt laws and policies. It is your responsibility to recruit the staff and train the staff and make sure the safety of your staff and the assests of PfD. You should have to develop the effective management system. Build good relationship with the public of Africa and public partners and stake holders.

Qualifications:
The qualification of candidate should be :
- 10 year of experience minimum in NGO field management including senior level position.
- Advance Degree in International Development and Mangement or relevant field.
- The candidate should have experience in Africa.
- The candidate should have experience in agricultural developnement programs, especially in promotion of trade enabling environment.
- The candidate should have capabilities to manage big budget.
- It should have experience to handle US funding and regulations.
- It should have outstanding skills in written and verbal English.
- The candidate should be cultural sensitivity.
